Schedule a Meeting
To assist with scheduling your appointment, Scott has developed a comprehensive questionnaire that will enable him to quickly assess the key facts of your case. It will only take a few minutes to complete and it will be maintained in strictest confidence. You can complete the questionnaire online and return it via a secure link. Access the questionnaire by clicking the "Intake
Forms" button below.

over the internet.
There is No Fee for
Reviewing Your Completed Questionnaire |
Your information will be reviewed by Scott as soon as practicably possible, usually the same day. If it appears from your completed questionnaire that Scott may be able to help you with your case, we will promptly contact you to schedule an appointment for you to meet with him. If your questionnaire demonstrates that Scott will not be able to assist you, however, you will be promptly notified of that fact so that you may seek other legal representation if desired. There is no fee for reviewing your intake form and you will be promptly notified whether or not Scott suggests an office meeting.
There is a consult fee for meeting with Scott to discuss your employment
case. Because of our small size, and to help ensure that appointments
are kept as scheduled, it is our longstanding practice to have clients
make payment in advance for appointments. The charge to meet with
Scott for one hour is $350 and you will be billed for any excess
time if the initial conference exceeds one hour. If an attorney-client
relationship is agreed upon, there will be a separate written representation
and fee agreement signed by you and Scott, spelling out the terms
of the representation. You will not be asked to sign any contracts
during the initial conference.
Payment for appointments can be made by check, money order, cash (do not mail cash) or by credit card. In order to expedite the scheduling of your meeting, credit card payments can be made by secure link, online.
