No Charge for Scott to personally review your intake form

Your information will be reviewed by Scott as soon as practicably possible, usually the same day. If it appears from your completed questionnaire that Scott may be able to help you with your case, we will promptly contact you to schedule an appointment for you to meet with him. If your questionnaire demonstrates that Scott will not be able to assist you, however, you will be promptly notified of that fact so that you may seek other legal representation if desired. There is no fee for reviewing your intake form and you will be promptly notified whether or not Scott suggests an office meeting.

If Scott agrees to schedule an office conference to discuss your case, he will advise you in advance of any fee for consultation. If an attorney-client relationship is agreed upon, there will be a separate written representation and fee agreement signed by you and Scott, spelling out the terms of the representation. You will not be asked to sign any contracts during the initial conference.
